Personalized PD Book:

I had the opportunity to co-author a book about Personalized Professional Development along with several friends and colleagues across the country.  The book answers some fundamental questions about professional learning:
  • What should professional development look like?
  • Can all teachers get exactly what they need?
  • How do we energize every individual to realize their full potential?
Check out the book and join the conversation on Twitter using the hashtag #PersonalizedPD.  I’ve included some additional resources below including our annual site PD breakout session options and a sample of our Flipped PD videos.

The sample video below demonstrates how we’ve used video to maximize face-to-face learning.  By providing content before meetings we hope to elicit more in-depth conversation.
